Writing a new book on coaching

Me and a buddy of mine are writing a new book.  It is called 'Coaching made simple - a book with less words and more pictures.'

The great thing about writing, is how much it sharpens the brain about the subject you are contemplating - in this case, coaching.   As you soon as you start to try to explain something to somebody else, you are forced to think more deeply about the subject matter.  The best way to learn anything properly really is by teaching someone else. 

Even if the book only sells 5 copies to our families, it will be worth it.  Really appreciating thinking about the subject more by writing about it...I think so anyway...

For those of you that have embarked on writing books, you will appreciate how exciting it is to start and then.... it is excruciating as you try and make it half decent.  Reading things that you have written is up there with watching yourself back on video.
