Anyway, just reflecting on an podcast that a former colleague from my virgin days recorded with me! Talking Icebreakers and why bother?!

A lot of trainers do Icebreakers badly or don't bother. I think it is really important to warm a room up before you start training them. However, I think it is even more important not to insult your delegates with naff icebreakers that everyone has done before...or have no point...or are just annoying! Have a care.
Why not design your own and link them to your core course content? That is what the podcast is about. It is so easy and your delegates will appreciate the simplicity/effort that you have gone to. Honestly.

Just listened to your podcast - it was great thanks very useful and I'm super impressed with the speed you came up with your ideas when on the spot. You gave some great ideas and I'm going to try to use some of them in a couple of courses I've got coming up. Thank you!
