Unconscious Bias

I have been collaborating with a friend of mine who successfully set up the very popular trainer tools podcasts.  Very recently, I had the pleasure of interviewing the founder John Tomlinson on a topic he trains a lot called Unconscious Bias.  I have personally heard a lot about it and was worried it was a load of hype... How wrong was I?!    It is very interesting and profound and very, very soon, that podcast will be out.
